Terms and Conditions for Portrait Usage

1. Ownership of Portraits

All portraits, whether photographs, digital images, or artwork (hereafter referred to as “Portraits”), remain the intellectual property of the Creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Usage Rights

• The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Portraits for personal use, including printing, framing, and sharing on personal social media accounts (with credit where reasonably possible).

• Commercial use (e.g., advertising, promotions, resale, merchandising, or use by third parties) is strictly prohibitedunless expressly authorized in writing by the Creator.

3. Restrictions

The Client shall not:

• Edit, alter, or manipulate the Portraits in a way that misrepresents the Creator’s work without prior consent.

• Sell, license, or sublicense the Portraits to any third party.

• Use the Portraits in any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful manner.

4. Attribution

When Portraits are displayed publicly (online or in print), reasonable credit must be given to the Creator unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability

The Creator is not liable for any misuse of the Portraits by the Client or third parties once delivered. The Client assumes full responsibility for ensuring Portraits are used in compliance with these Terms.

6. Termination of License

The Creator reserves the right to revoke usage rights if the Client breaches these Terms and Conditions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
